Rags character follows the story of Prince Charlie (Max Schneider), his stepfather greedy, unloving, Arthur, his spoiled siblings, Andrew (Tracey Keenan) and Lloyd (Burkely Duffield), and Kadee (Keke Palmer), a superstar with a music mogul father, Reginald Worth (Isaiah Mustafa).
